These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the LastMinutesAI mobile app, listed on the Apple App Store as LastMinutes: In-Play Value, and this website (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by LastMinutesAI Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who can use the Service

LastMinutesAI is intended for people aged 18 and over. By using the Service you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. The Service is provided for your personal, non-commercial use.

2. What LastMinutesAI is, and is not

LastMinutesAI uses AI to generate probabilistic football insights, such as the likelihood of a late goal or corner in a live match. Everything the Service produces is a probability, not a certainty, and is provided for entertainment and analytical purposes only.

LastMinutesAI is not a bookmaker or gambling service. It does not take bets or sell tips, does not facilitate, place, or accept wagers, does not handle money, and contains no betting-operator links or integrations. The Service displays the model's probabilities and their fair-odds equivalents for analysis. A fair-odds figure is an arithmetic restatement of the model's own probability, calculated with no margin added. The Service does not display bookmaker odds, does not compare prices with any operator, and has no odds feed: any price you compare it against is one you obtain yourself. Any decision you make on the basis of information from the Service is your own, and we accept no responsibility for it. Past performance of any prediction does not guarantee future results.

The app includes a bet tracker: a personal journal where you can record bets you have placed elsewhere and see your own results over time. Entries are provided by you and we do not verify them against any bookmaker, so we cannot guarantee that a settled result is accurate; you can override any result the tracker shows. Stakes are recorded in abstract units, not in currency. The tracker does not connect to any bookmaker, and any score or measure of your record is a summary of what you have entered, nothing more.

3. Subscriptions, free trials, and cancellation

Some features require an auto-renewable Premium subscription, purchased through your Apple App Store account. The available plans, prices, and any free-trial period are shown to you in the app before you buy, and payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.

• Your subscription automatically renews at the then-current price for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you buy a subscription that includes that trial.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID Settings > Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Purchases, renewals, and refunds are handled by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. We do not process payments and generally cannot issue refunds ourselves; refund requests are made to Apple.

We may also give you time-limited access to Premium features at no charge, for example a period of full access when you first use the app, which may be extended by using certain features within that period. Promotional access of this kind is a discretionary benefit, not a purchase. It carries no cash value, we may vary or withdraw it, and it ends automatically when its period expires unless you buy a subscription.

From time to time we may make an introductory offer at a reduced price available to people who arrive through a creator or partner referral. Where such an offer is time-limited, the applicable window and pricing are shown in the app before purchase. Introductory pricing applies for the introductory period stated on the purchase screen; the subscription then renews at the standard price for the plan, which is also shown before you buy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not: reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source or models behind the Service except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by law; scrape, resell, or commercially exploit the insights; interfere with or place unreasonable load on our systems; or use the Service in breach of any applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms. Any active subscription remains governed by Apple's terms, including your right to cancel it in your Apple ID settings.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, models, content, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms and, for the app, the Apple-specific terms below. No other rights are granted.

6. Availability and changes

Insights depend on live match data and third-party services, and the Service may be unavailable, interrupted, or changed at any time. We may add, modify, or remove features, and we do not guarantee that the Service, or any particular insight, will always be available or accurate.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that insights will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for any losses arising from your reliance on any insight or on any figure the bet tracker derives from your entries, for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any gambling or financial losses of any kind. The Service is provided for entertainment and analytical purposes, and what you do with it is your decision.

8. Apple App Store terms

The following apply to the app obtained through the Apple App Store:

• These Terms are between you and us only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
• Your licence to use the app is limited to a non-transferable licence to use it on any Apple-branded device you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules.
• We, not Apple, are solely responsible for the app and for providing any maintenance and support. Apple has no obligation to furnish support.
• In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app.
• We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product-liability, legal or regulatory, and intellectual-property claims.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
• You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated a "terrorist-supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will update the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law and contact

Our Privacy Policy explains what data the Service handles and why; it forms part of your agreement with us.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
